Wednesday, 24 June 2026
1-Day Regenerative Immersion
Little Dutch Farm, Wijdenes, Netherlands

Designed for
  • Professionals and leaders

  • Sustainability, regenerative and innovation practitioners

  • Individuals navigating transition and complexity

What You Will Experience
  • Immersive nature-based learning environment

  • Somatic and embodied practices

  • Authorial frameworks for regenerative thinking

  • Collective reflection and dialogue

  • Practical tools applicable to professional and personal contexts

  • An arrival into the space—gently transitioning from the outside world into a shared field of presence.

  • A guided practice to ground the body and calm the mind.

  • An intentional alignment of individual and collective expectations.

  • An introduction to the core principles of regenerative thinking and living systems. This moment offers a conceptual lens—not as fixed knowledge, but as an invitation to see, question, and relate differently.

  • An experiential practice inspired by mycelium networks in nature. Participants map relationships, flows of value, and hidden connections across their ecosystems.

  • A pause to rest, integrate, and informally connect. Often, insights continue to unfold in the spaces between structured moments.

  • A reflective and dynamic practice that explores transformation as the crossing of a river—revealing its tensions, currents, and natural resistance to change. It becomes an arrow pointing toward the future, mapping our singularities, present reality, sources of nourishment, and emerging visions.

  • A facilitated dialogue space rooted in deep listening and shared presence. Participants are invited to speak and listen with intention, allowing collective insights to emerge beyond linear conversation.

  • An embodied exploration of movement, intuition, and systemic awareness. Participants engage with patterns of flow, tension, and adaptation, reconnecting thinking with sensing and experiencing regeneration as something lived.

  • A moment to nourish the body and continue conversations in a more informal rhythm, allowing relationships and ideas to deepen organically.

  • A guided reconnection with nature as a source of intelligence and restoration. Through sensory awareness and observation, participants shift from doing to being—opening space for clarity, balance, and renewal to emerge.

  • An exploration of the forest as a living system and metaphor for organizations. Participants reflect on principles such as diversity, cooperation, and resilience, translating these insights into their own contexts and challenges.

  • A reflective framework to understand cycles of growth, maturity, decline, and renewal. Participants map their journeys and projects across seasonal phases, aligning action with timing, energy, and natural rhythms.

  • A symbolic and grounding moment to come together at the end of the journey. Around the fire, participants are invited to share reflections, insights, or simply be present in silence.

  • It’s a time to acknowledge the journey, appreciate the connections built, and begin to carry what emerged back into life beyond the space.

  • An informal continuation of the day in a relaxed and convivial setting. Participants are invited to join a shared dinner at a nearby restaurant (subject to reservation), offering space to deepen relationships, celebrate the journey, and enjoy the evening together.

Why This Program

In a time of increasing complexity, linear models are no longer enough. This experience invites you to explore: how living systems operate, how transformation unfolds in cycles, and how to engage with change in a regenerative way.

This is not a traditional workshop. Rather than simply learning frameworks to apply, you will step into a space designed for experience, reflection, and integration. You will engage with regenerative thinking not as an abstract concept, but as a living practice — something you can feel, test, and embody.
